Lachover, Yeruham Fishel

(1883-1947)

   Israeli literary scholar. He was born in Chorzele, Poland. He began his literary career as a critic in 1904, and in 1908 moved to Warsaw, where he edited several journals and miscellanies. He settled in Palestine in 1927. His publications include a history of modern Hebrew literature and a biography of Bialik.
